Acorn use Ellis Whittham to provide external training, and for updates on our HR and Safety Polices. The most recent was a refresher course on Equal Opportunities. Acorn has also been working in partnership with Keeping Excellence in Training Standards (KEITS). Initially with Grounds Maintenance NVQ / Apprenticeship training, we have now progressed to an Approved Quality Training Centre by KEITS. Most recently we have had 8 staff complete a First Aid Course provided by KEITS at our Head Office, and 4 members of staff have completed and passed their 2 QCF Window Cleaning qualification
